About Me.
Welcome to my professional portfolio. I am currently a doctoral student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in the Counselor Education and Supervision program. My private practice, Choose Your Way Therapy, is all-virtual and serves clients in North Carolina, Florida, Massachusetts, Washington and Kentucky. Since 2006, I have worked in the healthcare setting, public and private schools, and contracted with online companies to provide mental health care. In addition to my clinical practice, I also work part-time at Wake Forest University as an adjunct professor in the Counseling Department.
About Choose Your Way Therapy.
My specialties and areas of expertise include:
anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, ADHD,
parenting, coping skills, and self-esteem.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy as the main approach when working with my clients, but customize the modalities to meet the needs of each person. At this time I work with individuals 18 years+.
